If there’s one thing you can count on from Nick Girardi, it’s consistency. As KDS Windsor’s Inside Sales Manager, Nick keeps the numbers flowing, the quotes accurate, and the spreadsheets pristine. He’s the quiet powerhouse behind the curtain, crunching costs, managing inventory, and making sure every customer quote is rock solid.
Nick’s currently earning his Master’s in Accounting at UNCG, proving that his appetite for numbers extends beyond work hours. When he’s not buried in calculations or fine-tuning quotes, he’s preparing for an even bigger project: baby number two. Whether it’s a boy or a girl is still a mystery, but one thing’s certain: Nick’s about to have his hands even fuller.
Nick starts his day on the exercise bike at 5 a.m., followed by a cup of homemade coffee, and then he departs at 6:50 a.m. to drop his daughter off at school. His secret to productivity? “Just keep going. There are always numbers to crunch and customers to serve.” That steady focus has made him one of the most reliable faces in the building, arriving early, rarely out sick, and always ready to solve a problem.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys woodworking, cooking, mountain biking, and spending time with his family. His dream job swap for a day would be working in design engineering or fabrication, a hands-on, creative, and slightly messy role.
When asked what lesson he’s learned along the way, Nick keeps it simple:
“Ask questions. If you’re not sure, ask. It’s how you learn.”
From HR to purchasing, parts sales, and now inside sales management, Nick’s path at KDS Windsor has been all about growth, grit, and getting things done. Whether it’s a complex quote or a weekend woodworking project, Nick approaches it the same way: focused and methodical.
