When you partner with KDS Windsor, you receive more than lumber drying equipment; you receive an ongoing partnership.

“We’ve purchased numerous KDS Windsor CDKs. Our first was purely based on cost and equipment comparisons with their competitors. In the subsequent CDKs purchased and installed, we’ve developed a strong working relationship with KDS Windsor, making ongoing improvements from our and their learnings. The CDKs have evolved in improved productivity, quality, and reliability over these installations. The latest new controls package has also been a big enhancement. KDS Windsor has proved to be a good partner in our drying improvement strategies.”

“West Fraser Perry Division has been running a KDS Windsor continuous dry kiln for a year and a half now. I have run batch kilns for a long time and really did not believe we could achieve a +/- 2% moisture deviation from a dry kiln. We have been pleasantly surprised with the moisture levels and the low level of deviation in the charges coming out of our KDS Windsor kiln. It has completely changed the way we think about the drying process here at our mill. Service and support were also always available and dependable during this process. Thanks to those who helped at our site and the whole KDS Windsor team!”

“They build an exceptional drying system that is second to none. Excellent customer service team and a company that really stands behind their products.”

“KDS Windsor has provided lumber drying equipment and services for a number of our Weyerhaeuser lumber mills.  KDS Windsor has been responsive to our concerns and operating challenges, and has helped Weyerhaeuser to achieve improvements in lumber drying operations.  Their after-startup support has been strong.”
